why do I weigh less in the morning? thats kinda annoying i'll be 182 pounds in the morning and 188 pounds in the evening... So im not really sure what kinda progress im making yet >.<

  1. Because you haven't ate anything yet for the day silly! I don't know how many times I have to tell you that you don't need to lose weight. But you should just start running with me at night. You need to diet and excersize... it will help so much. I know you work outside a lot and stuff but if you also add walking, jogging, or running it will help I promise!

  2. Agree with Jen. It's cause you haven't eaten in hours in the morning and at night you've eaten. So, the best indicator of your "weight" is a range. Your range is 182-188. If that's a problem then you need to work on EATING (EATING RIGHT) and exercising. I think you're having a lot of problems with the eating right thing. Plus, with the exercise thing, it helps if you work out in the morning before you eat so that you work off fat instead of working off whatever you ate earlier in the day.
